  They have great benefits, but he'll to work with The General Manager Jeff Bronson - a big bulley and a liar!!! He sets people up for failure and fabricates lies, then writes his employees up and falsely accuses them... And gets away with it. BEWARE OF JEFF BRONSON, he will crush you rather than admit his wronfulness and make some corrections. Too bad the owners don't know who he really is. To make himself look good & the numbers better on paper, he striped all the drivers of many benefits- including no pay for deadhead miles. My husband felt like he was being harassed and singled out by Jeff and took it to HR. They came out to hear his side, Nothing was done.
  Upset... Just a little - my husband was one of the employees bullied and written up for, get this -
  #1 for a driver driving over his hours, instead of stopping to take his 10 hour break. A driver with a long record for doing this previously. Even though he told the driver to take his break. The mistake he made was not putting it in an email.
  #2 for not answering his phone (1 call from a broker) while driving home from work in heavy traffic. He was written up and suspended for three days the following week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) because Jeff Bronson didn't want him to have a long weekend. haha Of course my husband gave him grief over it (actually, he just sent an email to the drivers so they were aware he'd be off & was falsely accused) Jeff didn't like that, they had words and then Jeff cut him.... Big bulley !!!!!!
  What really bugs me is that my husband is very sick and is scheduled for surgery in less than two weeks. For the past two months has gone to many doctors to get clearance. Finally done & ready, which Jeff is well aware of.
